Work at Rio Vista included the construction of a million gallon-per-day wastewater treatment plant. The team at the Greenfield site performed mass excavation and structure excavation, then constructed an influent pump station, headwork facility, anoxic and aeration basins, and a zenon membrane system.

The $26 million Rio Vista contract also called for a UV disinfection system, dewatering building, emergency storage pond, solar drying facilities, lab/admin building blower and chemical building, and an effluent pump station.
